This is a partial list of supplies that your child will need in kindergarten.
EACH Kindergarten teacher may have her own request for additional items needed on registration day.
It is not necessary to label supplies!
Backpack (no wheels – must zip and be large enough to hold a folder)
1  THIN rest mat (Please purchase the mat that is ½” to 1”thick)
 Packages of 12 x 18 manila drawing paper
1  Pair of scissors (FISKARS brand – blunt)
4--4 oz. bottles of ELMER’S glue
8  Small glue sticks
6  Boxes of CRAYOLA 24 count crayons
1  Box of CRAYOLA washable markers (classic colors)
1  Set of watercolor paints (8 basic colors)
1  Package of #2 pencils
 Boxes of Kleenex
 Rolls of paper towels
1  Bottle of Hand Sanitizer
1  Snack size Ziploc bags (girls only)
1  Quart size Ziploc bags (girls only)
1  Clorox Wipes (girls only)
1  Gallon Ziploc bags (boys only)
1  Package of multi purpose copy paper (boys only)
1  Bottle of 409 (boys only)
1  Plain white t-shirt (adult size)

1 backpack (no rolling)
1 pack 24-count crayons (Crayola ® brand preferred)
2 packs 8-count crayons (Crayola ® brand preferred)
1 pair blunt/safety scissors (Fiskars ® brand preferred)
2 (4 oz) bottles white school glue (no blue)
1 notebook (journal bound)
2 packs manila drawing paper (12 x 18) one pack will be used in Art Class
4 glue sticks
20 (No. 2) yellow wooden pencils
2 boxes Kleenex tissues
1 roll of paper towels
1 bottle of hand sanitizer
1 package Multi-purpose copy paper
2 plastic pocket folders with brads

BEST – Animal crackers, graham crackers, whole grain crackers, pretzels, nuts and seeds, trail mix, fresh vegetables and fruit, single serve canned fruit, dried fruit, fat free popped popcorn, beef jerky 95% fat free, yogurt
 
ACCECEPTABLE – granola bars, whole-grain fruit bars, baked chips, corn nuts, rice cakes, cereal/nut mix, popped popcorn/nut mix, nuts with light sugar covering, honey coated nuts, fruit flavored snacks, fruit leathers, light popped popcorn, sugar-free gelatin, fat-free pudding
 
LIMITED – cookies, toaster pastries, marshmallow/cereal treats, regular chips, cheese-flavored crackers, cracker sandwiches, candy or yogurt coated nuts, trail mix, sugar coated dried fruit, buttered popped popcorn, sausage, pork rinds
